Indie Boards & Cards is pleased to announce our latest & biggest game: Flash Point: Fire Rescue. This exciting game is now in game stores near you, or available on websites around the world.
Indie Boards & Cards started in 2009 with the goal of being an untraditional game publisher focused on our own self publishing efforts, and as a collective for other self publishers to sell and market their games. In the past year this goal has evolved to the point that Indie Boards and Cards is a now a full-fledged publisher focused on bringing high quality, fun-to-play games to markets around the world. We still aim to help others who are interested in self publishing their games, but the demands of even a small game publishing business run as a hobby are too much to fully support producing games in low-volume, hand-made quantities.
The 2010 Essen releases from Indie Boards and Cards were all very succesful. The Resistance is going strong, getting very good sales from around the world and has been released in over 10 languages. Haggis also received a very warm welcome, quickly selling out it's first and second print runs, with the third print run entering distribution as this is written. And my own game, Triumvirate, has sold out, but no reprint is currently planned.
For 2012 we are still open for submissions; with several games in the pipeline, we see a bright future ahead for us. Designers interested in joining should read more about what we are looking for on our submission pages.
